This affordable and high - quality Chardonnay is pale yellow in colour with slight green tints near the edges Aromas of citrus and nectarine make up the fragrant nose while flavours of mineral and stone fruit are the contents of the zesty and sophisticated palate These delicious palate flavours led to a crisp and fruity finish Serve this wine with white meats shellfish or seafood This wine can either be consumed presently or be cellared till 2018 The bottle can be re-corked using a screw cap Fermentation in stainless steel tanks and a 6 - month aging period on fine yeast lees are elements that have imparted the wine its rich taste
