Château Moulinet de la Rose has lovely fragrant aromas. A medium-bodied, very pretty wine, beautifully balanced, fine and long. St Julien is the smallest of the elite appellations, St Julien makes up for this with a generous proportion of Classified ChÃƃ¢teaux and an exceptionally high overall standard. The grape-mix, consisting of 55% Cabernet-Sauvignon, 30% Merlot and the rest Cabernet franc and Petit Verdot, enables it to produce a wine which is robust and tannic - but which still remains soft
