This Central Victorian Shiraz is coveted for its rich and elegant structure and pronounced spice and chalky tannins. Strong ripe berries with a hint of pepper spice fill the palate. Subtle oak characters show through the fruit with a yummy lingering finish. One of our favourite examples of shiraz frm this much-loved region. Perfect partner to red wine lamb shank on a bed of rosemary mashed potato.
