WINERY INFORMATION Winemaking Depending on the season our estate-grown Pinot Gris vines either make a lighter styled wine Pinot Grigio or a riper heavier style Pinot Gris or both Because of the ideal growing conditions in 2012 13 we were fortunate to be able to make both TASTING NOTES o add both aromatic and textural complexity to the core of yellow and red apple flavours a small percentage was wild fermented in old French Oak nbsp On the nose there are aromas of pear yellow and red apple with fresh summer herbs nbsp The palate is juicy and light crisp and lively with grapefruit and kiwifruit flavours running the full length of the palate nbsp The finish is long and satisfying and dangerously easy to drink making the for the perfect Summer wine Great as a lunch wine drink now to 2015 nbsp Serve with fresh summer seafood and salads
