The palate is full of soft fruit with velvet tannins at the ready. Cellar Hands around the world notoriously have a secret reserve of wins which 'mysteriously evaporates' from the best barrels in the winery, and is enjoyed as a premium selection for themselves. In France it is known as 'The Angel's Share'. At Grant Burge, we call it 'The Cellar Cut'. Cabernet Sauvignon is a perfect accompaniment to barbequed lamb.
