Cava is Spain’s national fizz, from Penèdes, just outside of Barcelona and Castell de Sant Pau have been making wine in the area since 1777!! Three local varieties work in perfect harmony in this wine: macabeo bringing floral aromas, xarel-lo with the body and parellada proviing freshness. Aged for 24 months and finished with no dosage, this is a frisky little Brut Nature - a dry and vibrant aperitif style that is perfect to pop any night of the week.
