Leading and much respected wine industry figure Andrew Caillard claims it was inevitable that after more than 35 years in the industry he would make wine under his own label. Perhaps what's inevitable is the quality of the Barossa Shiraz he produces. This one has beautiful pure blackberry fruit and avoury oak complexity. It's exceptional drinking now but will also age wonderfully.
