You know you love it. Classic Barossa cab shiraz that is. We’re talking about 2/3 cab and 1/3 shiraz with a big ole’ hit of French oak (30% new for 30 months). It’s powerful, weighty, rich and complex. The nose is all blackcurrant, plum, chocolate and vanilla. This continues on he palate, propped up by cedary notes from the aforementioned extended maturation in barrel. This isn’t subtle and shy, but that’s not what you’re after, now is it?
