WINERY INFORMATION Winemaking Hiraji was one of the most successful horses bred at Borambola by Fred William Hughes a pastoralist industrialist racehorse breeder and owner who died in 1950 at the age of 81 TASTING NOTES A lovely fruity full style of Shiraz With a nose and palate dominated y fruit flavor Overall this wine displays smooth light tannins which integrate with dominate fruit flavours nbsp An almost black centre with deep purple and crimson rim nbsp Lifted nose of wild blueberry and pepper nbsp Has firm tannins and a chary oak finish
