Crafted by 5th generation winemaker, Simon Gilbert. This Rose is a unique blend of Franco-Italian Varietals (Petit Verdot, Cabernet Primitivo, Sangiovese and Merlot) Gorgeous pale-salmon-pink hue, with a nose that exudes freshness. The palate is restrained, dry and savoury with faint lemon peel nuanes. An excellent example of a contemporary dry rosé that tastes as good as it looks. - Toni Paterson, MW
