The awards speak for itself with the Blue Pyrenees Sparkling Shiraz. Absolute peach of a wine. I am not usually particularly keen on a sparkling red but this was really very impressive! It has beautiful rich flavours of dark berries and plum with a slight touch of sweetness to take the edge of it. I rolls along the palate to display some elegant hints of chocolate and well integrated oak from the shiraz that give a perfect lingering finish in the mouth.
