Starting as an idea three mates had in 2013, Four Pillars have come a long way, most recently being named 2019 International Gin Producer of the Year, at the industry leading Annual Wine and Spirits Competition in London. This creation, inspired by the nearby Yarra Valley, combined their gin with soe of the best shiraz grapes in the country. Smells of fresh pine needles and a clear peppery, dense raspberry character hit the nose. The taste of juniper and spice hit the palate. We recommend having as an aperitif, served with smoked salmon.
