Bleasdale (and Langorne Creek in general) do three varieties really well - Cabernet. Shiraz and Malbec. Here they've mixed all three of these grapes varieties m in a rich and chunky style of red that just commands meat. Lots of meat. Lots of red meat. Maybe a whole slab of meat?
