WINERY INFORMATION Winemaking 100 Barossa Valley SA fruit TASTING NOTES Deep crimson with purple hues followed by lifted blood plum and blackberries and some dark pepper and brambly spice on the nose The palate begins with blackberry sweet fruit then tightens up with fine fruit and oak tannn Great flavour and composition Youthful austerity as you would expect from a Barossa Shiraz but there are also plenty of fine tannins and dark chocolate nuances in the lengthy finish
