Bright and floral with a core of sweet red and black fruit, of bramble, peel, and spice, this is incredibly sexy Shiraz from one of Victoria's most iconic producers, and, still for about half the price of many rivals. In the mouth it's medium bodied, not at all heavy, and layered with brooding dark ruit and the kind of morish acidity that keeps you reaching for more. Drink it with char-grilled chorizo.
