With just the right amount of coriander, angelica root, cardamom, grapefruit, sweet range peel and - of course - juniper, No.3 is a gin that perfectly balances three key flavours: Juniper, Citrus and Spice. Unburdened by the inessentials, our carefully sourced botanicals stay true to the roots of London Dry Gin. Bright, crisp, and fresh with an uplifting welcome of juniper. Palate: Juniper to the fore, supported by floral notes and spicy, warm cardamom. Plenty of citrus ‘zing’ complemented by the gingery spiciness of coriander. Finish: The earthy dryness of angelica kicks in. Autumn G&T: 45ml No. 3 Gin. Premium Indian Tonic Water. Build Over Ice in a tall Collins glass.
