WINERY INFORMATION Established in 1999 Bellbrae Estate produces a fantastic range of strong and intensely flavoured wines The estate was originally planted by Swiss settlers 150 years ago The company rsquo s logo represents the beautiful coastline surf breaks and local surfers of the region Th estate is located on Great Ocean Road in Bellbrae Victoria TASTING NOTES The grapes used to produce this enticing Longboard Chardonnay were handpicked and whole bunch pressed The juice obtained was cool fermented and then transferred to French barriques The resulting wine features a pale yellow colour with light green tinges The attractive bouquet exhibits lifted scents of nectarine and peach The lush palate packs flavours of peach stone fruits and rockmelon supported by subtle French oak notes These wonderful characters combine to provide a creamy mouthfeel culminating in a lengthy and textured finish Crafted to be relished immediately upon release this beautiful white wine from Bellbrae Estate tastes marvellous with crab cakes bay scallop chowder and fruited curry chicken salad nbsp
