In the final stages of maturation we add a judicious helping of the finest Kangaroo Island honey, produced by the world's only remaining pure strain of Ligurian bees. Complex notes of spiced oak, toffee, lifted oney and hints of vanilla give way to a velvety smooth finish. Enjoy neat, over ice or in a cocktail.
