Bosworth's first McLaren Vale vineyard was planted in the early 1850s. Some 150 years later, Joch Bosworth converted the 'Edgehill' vineyard to organic viticulture and now they use the yellow soursob plant to fight their battles (it combats other weeds). This is an outstanding Shiraz that's built fo the long haul.
