From the Piedmont region of Italy, these Barbera grapes were planted from 1959 onwards, and then aged in 50hl oak barrels for months. Upon opening you’ll encounter aromas of plums, raspberries, blueberry with some delicate wisteria hints. The palate will discover a vibrant acidity which is flshy and juicy. An easy drinking wine, we recommend pairing it with fresh curd cheeses, charcuterie, blanchemanger or risotti. A great wine at an excellent price point.
