Italy is the spiritual home of our beloved Pinot Gris grape, and this one from Banfi is made in the more steely, crisp style. Aromas of apples, green pear and subtle honeysuckle dance around the nose hairs, whilst the palate is dry, lighter-bodied and crunchy, with more apple and pear flavours, brigt acidity, and a refreshing, zesty finish. Ideal with lightly-fried calamari. White - Pinot Gris and Blends - Pinot Grigio
