Semillon might not be the most fashionable variety but when you tuck into something as deliciously appealing as the Ashbrook, you just have to wonder why. The Devitts have been turning out terrific examples of this variety for years and this is another beauty. Loaded with fresh fruit flavours from te first sniff through to the final lick of the lips. Citrus and fresh mown grass on the nose, with an understated nutty background. The palate is zingy, lingering to a long finish. Nice cut of citru
