Bright, crunchy and full of energy. Finger limes, grapefruit and lemon sherbet combine with coriander seed, Thai basil and Kaffir leaf. Heightened jasmine and citrus blossom notes provide added fragrance and lift. Vitality and clarity on the palate, cut limes and lemons are threaded throughout. It i finely textured, giving delicate dimension combining with a mineral acid structure, leading to a talc finish. “A beautifully pure and intensely flavoured riesling that shows what you can do with this variety in Margaret River in a very good year. It was fast and furious but the quality, if not the quantity, was outstanding. Talcy lemon zest with a tight core. A degree of tension through the palate but there are appealing fruit characters. Quite a textured riesling but still with a fine acidity to provide a precise long finish.” - 94 points | Ray Jordan, Feburary 2021
