WINERY INFORMATION Named after the winemaker Ant Moore was established in the year 2002 The winemaker himself actively oversees the entire production process including harvesting the fruit and processing the wine His motto to constantly learn and make winemaking a way of enjoying creative exprssions have helped his wines taste success all over TASTING NOTES The nose of this beautiful pink coloured wine has aromas of Turkish delight strawberry and freshly whipped cream all of which perfectly complement each other The palate is slightly on the floral side with a soft tannin line defining the wine structure and palate weight With a medium term cellaring potential this wine tastes great both on its own or with all kinds of summer BBQ
