Composed of 80% pinot noir and 20% chardonnay, Brut Cuvée Sélectionnée from André Chemin is a masterclass in rich, full Champagne. It spends 6-7 years on lees, allowing for the complete development of an array of aromas and flavours. There’s only 6.5 grams per litre of dosage, creting balance but maintaining dryness on the palate and finish.
