Let us introduce you to the 2015 Amadio Black Label Chardonnay - a super South Aussie white, made by an Adelaide Hills based producer who've been producing wine since the 1930s. For this wine, the Amadio family have gone beyond their vineyard at Kersbrook in the Adelaide Hills to use grapes from rowers around Adelaide. What we like here is that is the balance. It's a vibrant, medium-bodied Chardonnay that balances out the peachy fruit with a dash of vanilla bean oak, all making for a pretty classic, fresh styled white. A goldilocks wine that looks a treat. White - Chardonnay and Blends - Chardonnay
