WINERY INFORMATION After Hours Wine is a family owned and operated winery located on North Jindong Road in Carbunup Western Australia The winemaking team headed by winemaker Phil Potter crafts a premium range of award-winning wines using fruit harvested from the family vineyard The vineyard prodces around 60 tonnes of grapes every year from which these handcrafted wines are made nbsp TASTING NOTES After Hours 9 to 5 Premium White is a fusion of Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc grapes It displays a pale straw colour with light green tints A whiff of the wine reveals pleasing aromas of stone fruit which make way for a luscious palate Juicy flavours of dry pear and fresh citrus come together to offer a crisp and long finish This medium-bodied white blend tastes amazing with Asian style chicken salad duck tacos and vanilla cake nbsp
