WINERY INFORMATION Sourced from a single low yielding twenty five-year-old vineyard in the Angaston Foothills right on the boundary road between Barossa Valley and Eden Valley Sheltered by the Angaston hills the vines are cooled in the afternoons because of shadows from hills and cool evenings s tucked into a gulley perfect for slow ripening Cabernet Sauvignon TASTING NOTES Vibrant red-ruby in colour with dark berry fruits are framed by subtle hints of white pepper freshly turned the earth and dark chocolate The palate is tight and brooding with blackberries and cedar flavours surrounding a dense core of graphite tea leaf and tobacco Tightly wound and precisely structured with a fresh vibrant fine acid drive This wine needs six months in bottle and will improve for at least twenty
