WayWood Montepulciano

$13.50 See retailers & vintages

Another vintage of Waywood Montepulciano, another 95 points. Andrew Wood is nothing if not consistently good. His wines aren’t bad either. The wonderful thing about this wine is its ability to have lovely texture and spce with no new oak additions - it was aged in old French oak for that reason. It’s a savoury style that wants some spicy Italian meats and rich sauces. Don’t deny it.
