While we (sadly) don't see much Italian Pinot Noir here in Oz, the odd wine that comes through reminds us that the Italians can make serious Pinot too. Hailing from the Veneto, north of Venice, this has all of the beautiful red fruit that Pinot is famous for, yet with a spicy, peppery edge that s really delicious. Pinot with grunt.
