WINERY INFORMATION Vineyard Sprawling sandy beaches dense lush bushland and skies that seem to go on forever It is from these surroundings that a beautiful tapestry of regional vibrancy is woven into our wines This is Margaret River This is Echo Beach Winemaking The 2016 vintage had almostideal weather conditions for our whites we have exceptional fruit showing intense varietal flavours that are typical Margaret River Both Sauvignon Blanc and Semillon are aromatic varieties and they give this wine fresh citrus lemon blossom and stone fruit characteristics on the nose These fruit flavours are balanced on the palate by crisp acidity The wine was fermented in stainless steel at cool fermentation temperatures using specific yeast strains to enhance varietal characters The final blend is approximately 70 Sauvignon Blanc and 30 Semillon TASTING NOTES Lifted citrus and tropical aromas with underlying passionfruit and herbaceous characters The palate is balanced clean and fresh with zesty acidity Ideal served with seafood vegetarian chicken or creamy pasta dishes
