WINERY INFORMATION Winemaking The grapes are gently rotated in the press to release ldquo free-run rdquo juice Their juices are fermented in stainless steel tanks to capture their individual site and fruit expressions Blending the fermentation batches builds a wine that reflects the purity ofPinot Gris and the mineral features of the land in a consistent mouth filling style TASTING NOTES Pear and spice with rose petal nuances Succulent pear and nectarine flavours with gentle warm spices Dry with a silky textured palate and well balanced fruity finish Chill to between 12 and 14 deg C 54 and 57 deg F then serve and enjoy Well suited with flash fried and succulent prawns or calamari With cheese s try Haloumi and Gouda We like fragrantly spiced pulled pork sliders or pork rillet with cress fresh figs and a dollop of onion jam
