WINERY INFORMATION Thomas Goss wines are crafted as a tribute to wine pioneer Thomas Goss rsquo contribution to the development and progress of the McLaren Vale wine region The iconic Ingleburne farming property acquired by Goss in 1854 is now home to some of the leading vineyards of the region His great great grandson Keith Rowland sold the family property to Tony Parkinson in 1998 to establish the Penny rsquo s Hill cellars nbsp TASTING NOTES Thomas Goss Cabernet Sauvignon is a deep red coloured wine lined by bright purple hues The perfumed nose gives off mesmerising fruit aromas which move on to a rich and generous palate containing juicy flavours of mulberry dark cherry black currant and oak spice Fine and long tannins support these vibrant characters culminating in a lingering and pleasing finish This delicious red wine tastes excellent with pasta red meats and slow braised dishes nbsp
