Perching itself delightfully at the fruit driven end of the Rosé style spectrum, the 2015 Varietal Rosé is strawberries and cream in a glass with hints of floral on the palate. It has been crafted for immediate drinking and is particularly suited to summer salad dishes, barbequed prawns, Atlantic salmon and antipasto.
