WINERY INFORMATION Established in 1860 Tahbilk Wines was founded by the Bear brothers They released their first vintage in 1861 subsequently expanding into one of the most fruitful and modern wineries in the region In 1925 first-generation Purbrick family member Reginald decided to invest by urchasing the Tahbilk estate This luscious wine is crafted using fruits sourced from the selected canes of Marsanne vines nbsp nbsp TASTING NOTES This stunning Cane Cut Marsanne shows a pale gold colour with a bright green rim The fragrant nose offers pleasing aromas which give way to the rich palate containing juicy flavours of honeysuckle tangerine and cumquat marmalade These sweet fruit characters combine with lemony acidity to end the wine in a balanced and captivating finale Crafted to be relished upon release this delightful Marsanne from Tahbilk Wines has the potential to be cellared for 10 to 12 years from vintage This fantastic white wine tastes excellent with caramelised honey black truffles and soft goat cheese nbsp nbsp
