Big, bold, muscular Barossa shiraz with a touch of viognier to show off it’s prettier side. In terms of winemaking, everything but the kitchen sink has been thrown at this big boy. The fruit was handpicked at optimal ripeness, then the two components were co-fermented before being put to restin new French oak for a whopping two years. It’s all black cherry, chocolate, spicy oak and florals (that’s the viognier) in a dense, inky wine that has two decades of life in it. If wine could arm wrestle, here’s your champion.
