Seppeltsfield s DP38 is crafted of a complex array of varietals including Palamino and Grenache all of which are initially matured separately The DP38 is a result of a judicious process of balancing sweeter fruit parcels with savoury before being introduced into the Solero nurseries Unlike the D117 and DP116 Flor styles the DP38 Rich Rare Apera is fortified to a level that does not permit the growth of flor yeast The DP38 is the richest and sweetest of the Seppeltsfield Solero aperitif styles Grape Variety Palomino Grenache full composition unknown Maturation Matured in the Seppeltsfield Solero nurseries to an average age of 18 years Colour Deep amber-brown Nose Marmalade dried peel and worked leather Palate Rich and profound with initial honeyed sweetness complemented with wood-aged characters
