WINERY INFORMATION Schulz Wines is a family owned and operated wine estate located on Belvidere Road in Ebenezer SA The estate is currently managed by fifth generation vigneron ndash Marcus Schulz who was also the first member in the family to release a wine Accomplished winemaker Dave Powellhas been crafting wines for Marcus rsquo Schulz label since 2001 TASTING NOTES Schulz Clara Semillon displays a bright yellow colour with copper hues highlighting the edges The attractive bouquet exhibits intense aromas of grapefruit and green lime coupled with underlying austere and mineral characters The lush and dense palate contains vibrant flavours of green apple and orange blossom ending the wine in a zesty crisp and captivating finale This delightful Semillon pairs best with fresh seafood and tossed salads It can also be enjoyed as an aperitif nbsp nbsp
