WINERY INFORMATION Family owned Sandalford Wines produces innovative ranges of award-winning and flavoursome wines with the mission to offer exceptional drinking experiences to its customers As owners of the company - Garry Peter and Debra Prendiville strive to carry forward the 177-year-old icoic wine brand to new markets across the globe The Prendiville family purchased the winery in 1991 from the Roe family who have been managing the wine business since its inception in 1840 nbsp TASTING NOTES Winemakers Late Harvest is a unique blend of 14 Semillon 5 Chardonnay and 4 Verdelho grapes with 60 Chenin Blanc and 17 Cabernet grapes These fruit parcels were harvested in the cool of the night crushed and pumped into the press Then the juice was fermented in stainless steel tanks to create a pale straw hued wine showing dark green highlights This stunning Late Harvest packs mesmerising aromas and flavours of passionfruit and orange blossom These characters eventually pave the way for a sweet and delicious finish Made for consumption upon release this enticing white blend tastes excellent served chilled with saut eacute ed fish seafood and salads nbsp nbsp
