This superb Shiraz is now five years old, and drinking beautifully now. It comes from the Redman family estate in the heart of Coonawarra, and is made using fruit from old Shiraz vineyards planted well over 40 years ago in the regionâ€ââ₞¢s famous terra rossa soils.
