In other words, it's a chunky South Australian Cabernet, sourced from prime vineyards and deliberately built for ageing. Speaking of ageing, this red is now in its prime, wth five years maturation rounding off the harsh edges nicely. Red - Cabernet Sauvignon and Blends - Cabernet Sauvignon
