WINERY INFORMATION Named after the extinct goanna lizard commonly found in the Orange region Printhie Wines is a reputed winery specialising in the production of a unique range of award-winning regional wines The winemaking team produces these full-flavoured wines using premium fruit parcels soured from their original 33ha vineyard as well as the Phalaris and Wattleview Vineyards The Swift family acquired the property in 1978 nbsp TASTING NOTES The premium fruit parcels used to create Super Duper Chardonnay were harvested and the whole bunch pressed followed by fermentation in French oak barrels The resulting wine showcases a pale straw hue accompanied by a yellow rim A swirl of the glass reveals fresh aromas of beeswax and honey These lively scents shift to the juicy and refined palate laden with intense fruit flavours supported by seamless acidity The finale is tight yet refreshing This mouth-watering Printhie Super Duper Chardonnay has the potential to be cellared for two years from vintage Drink it with spaghetti carbonara grilled pumpkin salad and Honeycrisp apple pizza with balsamic onions to discover its rich flavours nbsp
