WINERY INFORMATION A former graphic designer by profession winemaker Drew Tuckwell started his winemaking career as a vintage cellar worker in 1994 at the reputed Brokenwood Estate in Hunter Valley He completed his formal qualifications in Oenology from the University of Adelaide He also workedseveral vintages at Brown Brothers in Victoria and Wirra Wirra Vineyard in McLaren Vale before joining Printhie Wines The MCC range offers a distinct series of aromatic flavoursome and textured wines produced in limited volumes nbsp TASTING NOTES Mt Canobolas Collection Riesling presents a light straw colour The fragrant nose exudes lifted aromas which intermix with luscious flavours of candied orange ginger and spices on the textured palate Excellent acidity balances these classic fruit elements to offer a rich long and captivating finish This fantastic Riesling from Printhie Wines can be cellared for a decade It tastes excellent served alongside baked pork with chilli glaze and a variety of spicy Asian dishes nbsp
