WINERY INFORMATION Vineyard John and Carol envisioned reviving a 70 year old vineyard in Blewitt Springs in the year 1984 Thirty years down the line the estate has transformed from a barren waste of land into a fully functional wine company housing a modern winery consisting of the latest technoogy and equipment that allows one to control the whole process of winemaking beginning from harvesting the grapes to bottling the wine Winemaking Here wine is crafted using a hands-on approach Minimal intervention is practiced so that the regional as well as varietal fruit flavours get a chance to shine through the bottle TASTING NOTES This magnificent golden yellow hued wine displays flavours of citrus and peach with slight nuances of fragrant jasmine The medium weighted palate is crisp and complex with smooth tannins and crunchy acidity leading to a long and zesty finish Pair this wine with Asian cuisine or seafood to enhance its flavour profile to the fullest nbsp
