For our original Eight Carat Rose, we selected fruit from our OTC and Gilbert Rd Vineyards, and a Clay Creek block at McLaren Flat. PLEASE NOTE: The 2016 Eight Carat Rose was bottled the 21st December, thus will have bottle shock for at least 3 months. We have made this inaugral Rose in a dry style. Please serve very well chilled.
