A refreshing lighter style of red, made from 100% Cabernet Sauvignon with zero oak and a slightly lower alcohol level than most wines, this delicious Rose from Pelican Point is perfect for picnics (especially with smoked salmon sandwiches). It is blush pink in colour, with soft watermelon and strawbrry confectionery aromas. To taste, the palate's crisp rather than sweet, with light, clear fruit. As a light, dry wine it also goes down well with a tasty Thai chicken dish or aromatic Vietnamese rice paper rolls.
