It was only a matter of time before Oyster Bay took advantage of the New Zealand cool, temperate, maritime influenced climate to make a refreshing sparkler. Here it is, a 100% Chardonnay Cuvée with elegance, finesse and lively bubbles. The fruit is harvested arly to accentuate the Chardonnay varietal character and display hints of peach and minerals, with and a crisp finish. This sparkling more than exceeded our expectations and offers brilliant value for money.
