WINERY INFORMATION In 1940 young Alfredo Nugan emigrated from Spain with his family in tow Upon arriving in Australia and settling in the Griffith region of New South Wales he established a small vegetable and fruit packing operation Over the years the Nugan family business progressed with th third generation ndash Matthew and Tiffany Nugan venturing into the winemaking business Crafting elegant and flavoursome wines Tiffany built the brand rsquo s reputation in the Australian wine market while Matthew targeted global markets TASTING NOTES This elegant Cabernet Sauvignon from Nugan Estate was crafted using fruit sourced from lush vineyards in the Riverina region Displaying a deep crimson colour with fresh purple highlights Vision Cab Sav gives off red berry licorice and vanilla oak scents from its lovely nose The rich and juicy palate contains cassis and blackcurrant flavours that are balanced by delicate and supple tannins a refreshing acid structure and underlying vanilla oak characters ultimately culminating in a persistent and lingering climax It pairs well with red meat cuisines like seared venison and slow roasted lamb shanks nbsp
