Duane Coates weaves his McLaren Vale magic again here with a sparkling red of character and depth of flavour. Importantly, this isn't too sweet or tannic, just a Goldilocks style richness and full mousse. Blended using fruit from both the Vale and the Adelaide Hills, with all sorts of extra bits thown in for complexity. Plenty of flavour here!
