WINERY INFORMATION Morlet Wines crafts a range of premium quality flavoursome wines produced using fruits sourced from the its small boutique vineyard on Clews Road in Cowaramup The winery is managed by Senior Winemaker Dylan Arvidson and Vineyard Manager Andrew Proud nbsp TASTING NOTES Th grapes used to craft this beautiful Filly s Folly Zinfandel Rose were hand-picked gently crushed left on skins and stored chilled into bottles to retain intense fruit flavours fizz and freshness in the wine The resulting wine displays a bright ruby red hue The attractive and vibrant bouquet exudes juicy aromas of berry fruits while the palate is dominated by a rich sweetness coupled with a crisp acidity leading to a well-balanced and lingering fruity finish Crafted to consume upon release this delicious Rose wine tastes great when served chilled either as an aperitif or with desserts nbsp
